What you will need

  • 1 ripe banana
  • Small handful of blueberries
  • 1⁄2 avocado
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp hemp protein
  • 1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1⁄4 cup hemp milk
  • 1 tbsp date syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs

Follow these simple steps to make them:

  1. Put everything into a blender except blueberries and cacao nibs and blend until smooth and
    creamy.
  2. Transfer to a bowl top with blueberries and cacao nibs.
