Black sesame is the original form of sesame. In taste it is stronger and more aromatic than white sesame. Black sesame (Sesamum indicum nigrum) was already considered an excellent food in ancient times and also in Ayurvedic medicine – pure enjoyment and health.
With its high content of nutritious plant-based proteins hemp pancakes are a great addition to any healthy diet. Hemp is rich in unsaturated fats, Omega 3 and 6, vitamins B and E, as well as minerals and vital nutrients. This makes the pancake mix very nutritious and versatile.
Preparation: stir the packet contents with 220 ml water and allow to swell for 10 minutes. Stir once more and prepare:
Rissoles: Rissoles heat a little vegetable oil in a (coated) frying pan and add tablespoon-sized portions of the mass to make flat burgers. Fry the burgers on both sides under medium heat until golden brown.
Falaffel: form small Falaffel-Balls from the mass and deep fry in hot fat (chip pan).
Pancake: heat oil in a frying pan and distribute the mass to make pancake (not to thin). Fry on both sides.
Ingredients per 200g pouch: Chickpeas flour, Hempseeds, Parsley, Rock salt, Hempseed flour, Oninos, Spice, tartar – all organic.
