What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Our minimum cost is €7 for delivery. This is standard minimum for Registered Post within the Republic of Ireland. This provides shipping insurance with your package, and also means that your order is fully track-and-traceable. The price increases with a larger order, or a further distance.

We are able to send Hemp products to any location within the European Economic Area. However, we have had some issues with sending Hemp oil to mainland Europe via national postal services.

We have enabled a DHL Plugin on our website to allow our European customers to benefit from fast and guaranteed delivery.

Although this is more expensive than National Post, we find the extra cost is offset by the improvement in services and punctuality.

 

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We use the Paylike online order system, which accepts most known debit/credit cards. This is a secure payment processing system that operates independently from our website.

How long will delivery take?

Typical registered post delivery time within Ireland is 1-2 business days. There may be some delays in orders placed on Friday or the weekend. Our typical postage dispatch time is 4pm daily. Usually, once an order is placed before that time the order should be received the next day.

UK typical posting time is 2-4 business days, Mainland Europe DHL is 1-3 days.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We use the latest version of the WooCommerce online retail platform, and our servers are hosted by Blacknight. All your transactions are processed off-site by our Paylike payment gateway, and we do not have access to your card numbers or bank account details. We do retain the data you enter when you place an order, but this is for archiving and record purposes only. We do not sell your personal information or use it for promotional reasons. Please let us know if you have any issues with our data retention, or if you would prefer your information removed, and we will aim to address it as soon as we can.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you’ve completed your order, the payment is ‘made available’ by your bank account for capture by our payment processor. Typically, this authorisation is made automatically once our system confirms your order. Once this happens, it shows up on our list of daily orders and our diligent staff pack up your product and make it available for delivery.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You should receive a confirmation email once you’ve completed your order. This will be sent to the email you enter when you make your order, or the email associated with your account.

If you do not receive this email, please let us know, as this signifies a completed order.
