MEDIHEMP Organic POWER Cordyceps militaris Extract & Hemp is produced in Gols, Austria. Medi Hemps specially developed, gentle extraction method enables us to get the very best out of medicinal mushrooms. Together with premium cedar nut oil from Atlas and Himalayan cedars, the precious, highly concentrated mushroom extract forms the basis.

 

Cedar nut oil is among the most valuable of all oils, and increases the bioavailability of the mushroom’s constituents. Added to this are the antioxidant astaxanthin, which is responsible for the striking red colour, and vitamin E. Together, these work to create a protective shield against free radicals. The high vitamin E content provides 30% of the daily requirement and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Our 100% pure organic hemp oil rounds out this unique formula. The flavour is spicy and bitter.

 

Cordyceps militaris, also known as caterpillar fungus, is a genus of ascomycetes. It is a luminous orange-yellow, club-shaped mushroom that also occurs in Europe. As the 2007 mushroom of the year, it is particularly celebrated for its positive property of strengthening the “qi” (life force).
